Each selling dealer warrants that the vehicles offered for sale and trade on eCarTrade.com are mechanically sound, reconditioned, and smog and safety tested. And that there are no known major defects such as frame damage or powertrain problems. Smog and safety documents may be requested from time to time and the selling dealer agrees to make them available if requested. Each dealer agrees to a twenty-four hour inspection period after delivery of any traded vehicle. Vehicles can be rejected for any reason. Should any vehicle be rejected, the rejecting dealer is responsible for transportation costs back to the original dealer.
