Days: Every Saturday and Sunday

12 noon until 1pm (although sometimes we run a little later than 1:00).

Grassy area near Fuller entrance to Runyon Canyon Park

As always, I'd like to invite all to experience the fun, mystery and self improvement possibilities that Kung Fu has to offer everyone heeds the call.

Improve your:

  • health
  • flexibility
  • balance
  • endurance
  • coordination
  • and strength while gaining practical self-defense techniques (and that's only the beginning of the benefits!)

Make sure to bring puh-lenty of water and maybe sunscreen. A towel or mat is recommended for when we stretch on the ground (unless you don't mind getting a little dirty). Also, any open-toed shoes or sandals are not recommended (hey...they have a tendency to fly off during kick practice, after all).

This class (as always) is open to anyone above 18 years old. All levels are welcome...it does not matter if you are a beginner or experienced in other styles.
